Deep Well Learning

1. Overview
Deep Well Learning provides practice-level education in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for movement teachers.
This course is designed to strengthen observation, refine timing, and support self-regulation in teaching contexts. It does not provide clinical training, diagnostic authority, or therapeutic qualification.
By enrolling in this course, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Scope of Education
The course:
• Provides educational material rooted in classical Chinese medicine principles.
• Is intended for movement teachers (including Qigong teachers).
• Does not qualify participants as acupuncturists, herbalists, medical practitioners, or clinicians.
• Does not authorise diagnosis or treatment of medical conditions.
Participants are responsible for remaining within the scope of their existing professional training and qualifications.
3. Access & Enrolment
Upon purchase, users receive immediate access to the course content.
Access is granted to the registered user only. Course materials may not be shared, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.
4. Certificates
Certificates of completion are issued upon:
• Completion of all required course components.
• Successful completion of assessments (where applicable).
• Manual review and approval by Deep Well Learning.
Certificates are not automatically issued.
Deep Well Learning reserves the right to withhold certification if course requirements have not been satisfactorily met.
5. Payments & Refunds
All course fees are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Refunds may be requested within 3 days of purchase provided no more than 10% of the course has been accessed.
After this period, or once substantial course content has been accessed, refunds will not be granted.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including videos, written content, frameworks, and assessment materials, are the intellectual property of Deep Well Learning.
Materials may not be copied, recorded, shared, or distributed without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
The course is educational in nature.
Deep Well Learning is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the application of course material in professional or personal settings.
Participants are responsible for exercising appropriate judgement within their own scope of practice.
8. Changes to Terms
Deep Well Learning reserves the right to update these terms where necessary. Continued access to the course constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
